Grias Gott!

Hello everybody out there. My name is Bärtram and you have already met my brother in law, London Ted. Ted is the boyfriend of my sister who lives in my hometown, the great city of London.

Today, I’d like to take the time to introduce myself to you and to tell you a bit about me and about our charity.

I first came to Munich for a visit to the famous Oktoberfest about 7 years ago and found out that I really liked it here. So I decided to stay for an exchange program with the Munich University, which also offered me the chance to study the German language, the beautiful country and the rich culture.

During the last 7 years I have made a lot of friends and have seen many places in Germany and its neighbour countries. But I have always missed my family, which is spread all over the world. I feel that after all these years of being separated, it’s finally time to go home and have a big reunion.

Unfortunately, I studied the German Beer culture that well that I’m lacking money to make my way back home to London.

At Munich main station, I have met two nice guys from the British Airways Sales Team, who were in Munich for some Sales Calls. They were quite friendly and took me to Frankfurt, which is already 300km closer to home.

But now I’m stuck again. Would you like to help me getting back to London and finally reunite with my folks?

Being separated globally from each other, we all have made different experiences of children in need and now know how important it is to raise awareness and help to raise money for charity.

So my family and I decided that if we all manage to get back home by March 3rd, we will jointly support the Flying Start in the UK (please click here to read more). Please join me and my family to do good and donate money for our journey back home, for we can start our charity project.

I would be very grateful if you visit our Flying Start homepage: http://donate.ba-flyingstart.com/funraiser/AsOne

In the meantime, I will keep trying to make my way towards London…I will keep you updated about the experiences I make on my way.

Speak to you soon!

Thanks and big hugs!

Bärtam
